February Sunday Funday

California winemakers have been really struggling over the past two years and the fires in LA are only compounding the problem for them.

Wines consumption in California is down and small, independent wine makers rely on the majority of their sales to come from California because they don’t have the bandwidth to sell in all of the major markets all over the country.

In addition to the California decline, many LA restaurants are struggling, even those outside of the fire zones which means even less wine is being ordered from the tiny winemakers.

As a result, winemakers are making less wine, and grapes are being abandoned for other crops. we are at a moment in time where you the consumer can change the direction we are heading in by drinking American wine and supporting California.

So we're playing our part and shining a spotlight on some of these amazing wines from California!

Drop in for a bite or grab your crew and stay the whole time.
